Freelancer turned Project Manager Consultant, Naomi "Rae" Harmon is known as a go-getter, and for turning side hustles into businesses. She leverages her knowledge and experiences in business and Project Management, to help entrepreneurs and small business owners, get their back office in order. She specializes in teaching service providers how to use Project Management skills, tools, and techniques to create, integrate, streamline and automate the processes to help their business run efficiently.

​Naomi and her team serve her clients by providing services and implementing training and community groups to meet a variety of learning styles. The idea is to start with the ultimate objective and goal, and then to work backward from there. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients accomplish more in less time, so they can focus on the activities that generate income.  

What happens after I purchase?
